The Every Other Day Diet plan or (EODD) is taking the diet world by storm, and for good reason. EODD is more than just a diet – it’s a full lifestyle changing plan. Author Jon Benson is a nutrition and fitness expert who enjoys helping people lose weight the healthy way. He invented the SNAPP EODD 2.0 program to help people who often struggle with weight loss.

Shakes – These aren’t the kind of shakes you get at your local fast food place. Jon’s plan includes plenty of healthy shakes that contain fresh fruits and vegetables. For instance, there’s a veggie shake made with broccoli, onion and bell pepper. There’s a fruit shake made with blueberries, cherries and grapefruit.

Nuts – Almonds and walnuts are used strategically to keep your metabolism on track, and your body from going into starvation mode. When you think about it, nuts do make a great snack, plus, their texture, flavor and crunchiness creates a little food excitement inside of your mouth, as well as, your tummy.

Apples – You’ve probably already heard that apples have health benefits. Well, it appears that they’re also great for weight loss. Apples contain natural sugar, fiber and other nutrients. Best of all, there are several tasty varieties that you can easily find at your local supermarket.

Protein – There’s no getting around the fact that as human beings we need protein. The SNAPP plan includes lean protein like chicken, beef, fish and beans. You’ll get recipes that shows you several ways to prepare these foods.

Produce – Yes, this means fruits and vegetables. If you’re serious about losing a significant amount of fat, then you’ll gladly enjoy ample amounts of produce.
