Fatty liver disease, or FLD, is actually a reversible condition caused by too much fat in the liver to the point that the liver cells have been replaced by fats. Do Eat Loads of Vegetables and Fruits
The importance of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables can never be emphasized enough. Fruits and vegetables contain several vitamins and nutrients that are helpful to the overall condition of the body, not just the livers. They are also more natural sources, which is why the liver would have an easier time metabolizing yet still allow the body to feel as satisfied.

Try to eat a serving of salad per day. You should also eat fruits with your every meal – a banana in the morning, an apple at lunch, and some kiwi in the evening.

Do Take Whole Grains
Because whole grains turn to fat at a slower rate, they are more helpful to the body. Instead of white rice and white breads, whole grains are much better choices for the liver. Eat more whole wheat breads, pasta, and brown rice.

Do Not Drink Too Much Milk
Drinking too much whole milk can be dangerous for the liver because it is high in fat content. What you can do is find an alternative to whole milk, such as skim milk. Avoid eating too much processed cheese and other dairy products, too, because these are also high in fat.

Do Not Drink Alcohol
Whether the cause of the fatty liver is alcohol or not, try not to drink alcohol, carbonated drinks, and energy drinks because these are not going to help your liver improve. They are loaded with toxins that the liver would have to metabolize and might be too much for the liver. Thus, these are not good for a diet for fatty liver disease.
